Investment in Bezant Resources Plc
Tiger Resource Finance Plc is pleased to announce that following the Company's previous announcement released on 8 February both tranches of the Bezant Resources Plc ("Bezant") investment have now been completed and that Tiger has a holding of 55,555,556 Ordinary shares in Bezant representing a 7.45% interest in the company.
